1. Scope of these terms
These Terms of Service apply to hosting, domain-related services, professional email, SSL, backups, migration assistance, support and other services ordered from Tanco Tech Hosting. By placing an order, creating an account or using a service, you agree to these terms and any service-specific information shown during checkout.
2. Accounts and accurate information
You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing and contact information and for keeping login credentials secure. Activity performed through your account may be treated as authorized unless you notify Tanco Tech Hosting of unauthorized access.
3. Orders, fees and renewals
Prices, billing periods and renewal amounts are shown on the applicable plan or during checkout. Hosting fees and domain-registration fees are separate unless an order explicitly says otherwise. Services may renew automatically when recurring billing is enabled. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and reviewing renewal notices and invoices.
4. Hosting resources
Each hosting plan includes the storage, bandwidth, website, email and other resource allowances described for that plan. Use that materially interferes with platform stability, other customers or normal shared-hosting operation may be restricted or require an upgrade.
5. Domains and third-party services
Domain registrations, transfers and renewals depend on third-party registries, registrars and applicable domain rules. A domain is not guaranteed until registration is successfully completed by the relevant registry or registrar. Additional domain terms may apply.
6. Website content and lawful use
You are responsible for the content, software, files and data placed in your hosting account. Services may not be used for unlawful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent or harmful activity. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
7. Security and backups
Tanco Tech Hosting provides security and backup features according to the selected plan. No internet-connected service or backup system can eliminate all risk. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of critical business data and for using secure passwords, supported software and reasonable security practices.
8. Migration and technical support
Migration assistance and support are provided according to the selected plan and the technical condition of the source environment. Tanco Tech Hosting may request access information, files or other technical details needed to provide support. Customers should keep an existing hosting environment active until a migration has been verified.
9. Suspension or termination
Tanco Tech Hosting may suspend or restrict a service when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security threats, abuse, legal requirements or material violations of these terms. Where practical, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue may be provided.
10. Service changes and maintenance
Infrastructure, software and service components may be updated to maintain security, compatibility and reliability. Planned or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
11. Third-party platforms
Some services depend on third-party software, registries, control panels, payment processors or infrastructure providers. Their own terms, availability and technical limitations may apply in addition to these terms.
12. Limitation of responsibility
Services are provided for legitimate hosting and related business use. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tanco Tech Hosting is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from customer content, third-party services, unsupported software, customer configuration or events outside reasonable control.
13. Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated when services, legal requirements or operating practices change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
