Before you begin
Make sure you are using the account that owns the hosting service. Do not send passwords or API credentials through ordinary chat or email unless a secure support process specifically requires them.
Access cPanel from your hosting account
- Open the Tanco Tech Hosting Client Area and sign in.
- Open your active hosting service from the services area.
- Look for the cPanel login or management option associated with that hosting service.
- Use the secure cPanel link provided by the service. Depending on the account and cPanel version, wording can vary slightly.
What you can manage in cPanel
Common cPanel tools include email accounts, files, databases, domains, SSL status, backups and other hosting settings. The exact tools shown can vary by server configuration and plan.
If the login does not work
- Confirm the hosting service is active.
- Try the Client Area link rather than an old bookmarked cPanel URL.
- Check whether your browser is blocking a new tab or redirect.
- Contact support if the service is active but the cPanel login is unavailable.
Security tip: Use a strong unique password for your hosting account and sign out of cPanel when using a shared computer.
