How to Access cPanel

1. Sign in to the Tanco Tech Hosting Client Area. Use your customer account and open the active hosting service connected to the website you want to manage.

2. Open the hosting management option. Inside the service details, use the available cPanel or control-panel login option. This should take you to the management tools for that hosting account without requiring you to browse directly to an unfamiliar server address.

3. Use cPanel carefully. From cPanel you can manage files, databases, email accounts, domains, SSL and backups. Avoid deleting files or changing DNS-related settings unless you know what they control.

4. Protect access. Use a strong password, do not share account credentials unnecessarily, and sign out when using a shared computer. If the cPanel option is missing or does not open correctly, contact Tanco Tech Hosting support from the Client Area.

Before you begin

Make sure you are using the account that owns the hosting service. Do not send passwords or API credentials through ordinary chat or email unless a secure support process specifically requires them.

Access cPanel from your hosting account

  1. Open the Tanco Tech Hosting Client Area and sign in.
  2. Open your active hosting service from the services area.
  3. Look for the cPanel login or management option associated with that hosting service.
  4. Use the secure cPanel link provided by the service. Depending on the account and cPanel version, wording can vary slightly.

What you can manage in cPanel

Common cPanel tools include email accounts, files, databases, domains, SSL status, backups and other hosting settings. The exact tools shown can vary by server configuration and plan.

If the login does not work

  • Confirm the hosting service is active.
  • Try the Client Area link rather than an old bookmarked cPanel URL.
  • Check whether your browser is blocking a new tab or redirect.
  • Contact support if the service is active but the cPanel login is unavailable.
Security tip: Use a strong unique password for your hosting account and sign out of cPanel when using a shared computer.
